LibaFit routines vary from 10 to 60 minutes of all levels of fitness. There are also short routines to address specific musculo-skeletal issues such as lower back pain, hip problems, Plantar Fascia strain, IT Band syndrome, etc. The longer routines are suitable for improving general fitness.
